Refund Policy

MCXIV is a digital subscription supplied by Pranava Iyer, operating as MCXIV and sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge. Beyond that window, subscription fees for the current period are non-refundable — you can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.

If MCXIV is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days of the payment date and we will refund that charge in full. This applies to a first purchase and to a renewal you did not intend. Because access is granted immediately, we may decline refund requests where the account shows sustained heavy use during the period, or where there is evidence of abuse or repeated refund-and-resubscribe activity.

Charges older than 14 days are not refunded, and we do not pro-rate part-used periods on cancellation. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle. Manage your subscription, download invoices or request a refund at paddle.net using the email address you paid with, or contact us at pranavaiyer7@gmail.com and we will arrange it with Paddle on your behalf. Paddle’s own refund policy also applies to every order.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer law.
